This policy covers the ovayuvam Android app, package tr.ovayuva.ovayuvam, and its information and download pages. It does not describe the separate ovayuva shared-world game. ovayuvam reveals the places you explore on your own map. There is no app account, public profile, game server, advertising, analytics tracker or real-money purchase. Your exploration records are not uploaded to an ovayuva server. Map downloads and any files or emails you choose to send are separate off-device processing.

Location and local records
With Android location permission, the app reads your position to reveal the map. It stores visited and revealed grid cells, visit times and counts, the last known latitude and longitude, tracking preferences, daily distance/progress and an optional goal pin in private app storage. The records can reveal your movements and sensitive places, even though the main history uses map cells rather than a list of raw GPS fixes. Map caches may also remain on the device.
Tracking when the map is not visible
In version 0.5.11, tracking starts when you open the app with location permission, or grant that permission. A location foreground service can continue while another app is on screen or the screen is off. It creates an Android tracking notification; visibility depends on Android notification settings. The app does not request ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION, but that does not mean tracking ends when you leave the screen. To stop this version reliably, revoke its location permission in Android Settings. You can also force-stop the app; reopening it with permission can start tracking again. Turning off notifications is not a tracking stop control.
Maps and other providers
MapLibre displays maps downloaded from OpenFreeMap, operated by Hyperknot Software Kft. Map requests expose your IP address and requested map tiles, which can identify a small viewed area. This happens when browsing maps even without location permission. OpenFreeMap says it keeps anonymized technical logs, may log IP addresses during security incidents for up to 30 days, and may use Cloudflare. Its policy governs that processing. Android location providers may also process data under your device settings and their own policies. We do not promise that these providers process data only on your phone or only in Germany.
Encrypted exports and imports
You can manually export an encrypted file and import it later with its passphrase. The export contains explored-world records and any goal included by the export function. Android’s file picker lets you choose local storage or a storage provider, including a cloud provider. That provider receives the encrypted file and normal connection/file metadata, not a passphrase supplied by ovayuvam. Keep the file and passphrase safe. We cannot recover a lost passphrase. The app does not automatically upload exports or sync your world.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Android automatic app backup and device transfer are disabled in the app configuration. Manually exported files survive app deletion: delete them separately, including any cloud copies or recycle-bin copies. Revoking location permission stops new location access but does not erase existing history. There is no server account to delete, and we cannot remotely retrieve or erase your phone’s private records. Map-provider records and support emails follow their separate handling described here.
Purposes and legal grounds
Location and local records provide the exploration features you choose to use, subject to Android permissions. Email information is supplied directly by you and is used to answer your request. Where GDPR applies, requested services and support rely on Article 6(1)(b), necessary security and dispute handling on Article 6(1)(f), and required legal compliance on Article 6(1)(c). The corresponding KVKK grounds are Article 5(2)(c), 5(2)(f), 5(2)(e) for establishing or protecting rights, and 5(2)(ç) for legal obligations. Optional processing that requires consent must have a separate valid consent; reading this policy does not provide it. We do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
When you contact us
Emailing yavuzramazan1994@gmail.com sends your email address, message and any attachments to the operator and Google Gmail. Use it for support, privacy requests and security reports. Do not send passwords, sign-in keys, unnecessary location history or illegal images. Correspondence is kept while needed to answer the request, resolve a dispute or meet a legal duty, then deleted when those reasons no longer apply. You can request its deletion separately from app data. Gmail processing may take place outside Türkiye and Germany.
Closed-testing requests
The optional testing form collects your selected app, Google Play email address, message and consent directly from you. Send request transmits these over HTTPS to the operator's server in Germany and through Google Gmail to the operator's inbox. Google may process email outside Türkiye and Germany under its privacy terms. Ramazan Yavuz uses this information only to handle your request and arrange test access, based on consent under KVKK Article 5(1) and, where applicable, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Google receives your tester email if you are added to a Google Play test; the message text is not added to that test list. There is no newsletter, account creation or automatic confirmation email. Your private app history is not collected by this form. The server does not keep email addresses or messages in application logs or a request database, and the form does not save them in browser storage. Short-lived keyed hashes, request times and send outcomes prevent duplicate sends and abuse. They expire after 24 hours and are removed by hourly cleanup, on the legitimate-interest grounds in KVKK Article 5(2)(f) and GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Requests remain in the operator's Gmail mailboxes, including sent mail. Unaccepted requests are deleted within 90 days; accepted testing contacts are kept during testing and up to 90 days afterward. You can withdraw consent or ask for access, correction or deletion through the contact above, without affecting earlier lawful processing. If website sending is unavailable, the button instead says Open email app: this prepares a draft locally for you to review and send. That fallback does not upload your entered details to our website; your own email provider and Gmail process the email you send.
Visiting this website
Our website runs on servers in Germany personally owned and administered by Ramazan Yavuz. Servers and network operators necessarily receive connection information to deliver pages and downloads. Our application web gateways disable routine access logs and strip forwarded visitor addresses before requests reach the application service. This is not a guarantee that internet providers keep no records. The site stores language preferences in your browser. The privacy pages do not load map tiles or advertising trackers. Following links to Google Play, GitHub, Reddit or another service makes a separate request to that service.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may ask whether your data is processed, request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Under Türkiye’s KVKK you may also ask about purposes and recipients, request notification of corrections or deletion to recipients, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Contact yavuzramazan1994@gmail.com and identify which app and records your request concerns. We may need proportionate proof that the records are yours, but never your password or sign-in key. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it; withdrawal does not change earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority, including Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Board or your competent European authority. Tester terms do not remove these rights.
Children and safe use
ovayuvam has no child profiles or features for monitoring other people. Do not use it to track a child or another person without a lawful basis. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support inbox, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Pay attention to traffic and access restrictions; a revealed map is not a safety or navigation service.
Changes to this notice
This notice describes the current service. We update it when practices change and show the date above. A privacy notice explains processing; it is not blanket consent to new uses of your data. Changes requiring a separate choice or permission must be presented separately.

Konum ve yerel kayıtlar
Android konum izniyle uygulama haritayı açmak için konumunuzu okur. Ziyaret edilen ve açılan harita hücrelerini, ziyaret zamanlarını ve sayılarını, son bilinen enlem ve boylamı, takip tercihlerini, günlük mesafe ve ilerlemeyi ve isteğe bağlı hedef işaretini uygulamanın özel depolamasında saklar. Ana geçmiş ham GPS ölçümleri listesi yerine harita hücreleri kullansa da kayıtlar hareketlerinizi ve hassas yerleri açığa çıkarabilir. Harita önbellekleri de cihazda kalabilir.
Harita görünmüyorken takip
0.5.11 sürümünde uygulamayı konum izniyle açtığınızda veya bu izni verdiğinizde takip başlar. Konum ön plan hizmeti, başka bir uygulama görünürken veya ekran kapalıyken devam edebilir. Android takip bildirimi oluşturur; görünürlüğü Android bildirim ayarlarına bağlıdır. Uygulama ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION izni istemez; ancak bu, ekrandan ayrılınca takibin bittiği anlamına gelmez. Bu sürümde takibi güvenilir biçimde durdurmak için Android Ayarlar’dan konum iznini kaldırın. Uygulamayı zorla durdurabilirsiniz; izin açıkken yeniden açmak takibi tekrar başlatabilir. Bildirimleri kapatmak takibi durdurmaz.
Haritalar ve diğer sağlayıcılar
MapLibre, Hyperknot Software Kft. tarafından işletilen OpenFreeMap’ten indirilen haritaları gösterir. Harita istekleri IP adresinizi ve istenen harita parçalarını sağlayıcıya iletir; bunlar görüntülenen küçük bir alanı belirleyebilir. Bu, konum izni olmadan haritada gezinirken de gerçekleşir. OpenFreeMap, anonimleştirilmiş teknik günlükler tuttuğunu, güvenlik olaylarında IP adreslerini en fazla 30 gün kaydedebileceğini ve Cloudflare kullanabileceğini belirtir. Bu işlemler sağlayıcının politikasına tabidir. Android konum sağlayıcıları da cihaz ayarlarınız ve kendi politikaları kapsamında veri işleyebilir. Sağlayıcıların verileri yalnızca telefonunuzda veya yalnızca Almanya’da işlediğini taahhüt etmiyoruz.
Şifreli dışa ve içe aktarma
Elle şifreli bir dosya dışa aktarabilir ve daha sonra parolasıyla içe aktarabilirsiniz. Dosya, keşfedilen dünya kayıtlarını ve dışa aktarma işlevine dahil olan hedefi içerir. Android dosya seçicisi, yerel depolama veya bulut dahil bir depolama sağlayıcısı seçmenizi sağlar. Sağlayıcı şifreli dosyayı ve normal bağlantı/dosya üst verilerini alır; ovayuvam parolayı sağlayıcıya iletmez. Dosyayı ve parolayı güvenli tutun. Kaybolan parolayı kurtaramayız. Uygulama dosyaları otomatik yüklemez veya dünyanızı eşitlemez.
Saklama ve silme
Yerel kayıtlar uygulama depolamasını temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar kalır. Uygulama yapılandırmasında Android otomatik yedeklemesi ve cihaz aktarımı kapalıdır. Elle dışa aktarılan dosyalar uygulama silinince kaybolmaz; bulut ve çöp kutusu kopyaları dahil bunları ayrıca silin. Konum iznini kaldırmak yeni konum erişimini durdurur, mevcut geçmişi silmez. Silinecek sunucu hesabı yoktur; telefonunuzdaki özel kayıtları uzaktan alamaz veya silemeyiz. Harita sağlayıcısı kayıtları ve destek e-postaları burada açıklanan ayrı kurallara tabidir.
Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler
Konum ve yerel kayıtlar, Android izinleri kapsamında kullanmayı seçtiğiniz keşif işlevlerini sağlar. E-posta bilgileri doğrudan sizden alınır ve talebinizi yanıtlamak için kullanılır. Talep edilen hizmet ve destek için KVKK 5/2(c), gerekli güvenlik için 5/2(f), hakların tesisi veya korunması için 5/2(e), yasal yükümlülükler için 5/2(ç) esas alınır. GDPR’nin uygulandığı durumlarda karşılık gelen dayanaklar 6(1)(b), 6(1)(f) ve 6(1)(c) maddeleridir. Rıza gerektiren isteğe bağlı işlemler için ayrıca geçerli rıza gerekir; bu metni okumak rıza vermek değildir. Kişisel verilerinizi satmaz veya hedefli reklam için kullanmayız.

Kapalı test talepleri
İsteğe bağlı test formu seçtiğiniz uygulamayı, Google Play e-posta adresinizi, mesajınızı ve rızanızı doğrudan sizden toplar. Send request düğmesi bu bilgileri HTTPS üzerinden işletmecinin Almanya’daki sunucusuna, ardından Google Gmail üzerinden işletmecinin gelen kutusuna iletir. Google e-postayı kendi gizlilik koşulları kapsamında Türkiye ve Almanya dışında işleyebilir. Ramazan Yavuz bu bilgileri yalnızca talebinizi değerlendirmek ve test erişimini düzenlemek için, KVKK 5/1 ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde GDPR 6(1)(a) kapsamındaki rızanıza dayanarak kullanır. Google Play testine eklenirseniz test e-posta adresiniz Google’a iletilir; mesaj metni test listesine eklenmez. Bülten, hesap oluşturma veya otomatik onay e-postası yoktur. Talepler, gönderilmiş postalar dahil işletmecinin Gmail posta kutularında bulunur. Kabul edilmeyen talepler 90 gün içinde; kabul edilen test iletişim bilgileri test süresi bitiminden sonra en geç 90 gün içinde silinir. Bir çocuğun destek adresimize kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini düşünüyorsanız incelememiz ve gerektiğinde silmemiz için bize ulaşın. Trafiğe ve erişim kısıtlamalarına dikkat edin; açılan harita bir güvenlik veya navigasyon hizmeti değildir.
